Delivery time and costs

It is important to us that you are satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery. In fact, during all stages of the purchasing process you are provided with all relevant information, from product availability to delivery method, so that the service we offer you is 100% complete.



AOn the detail page of each individual product you will always find an indication of whether the item is in stock (the expected delivery date may vary depending on the payment method chosen).


Delivery time

For bicycle purchases with advance payment via PayPal, the delivery time is 3-4 working days. Different payment methods such as bank transfer can change the delivery time as the order will only be processed when we receive confirmation of the bank credit. The delivery date will therefore depend on the availability of the product at the time we receive confirmation of payment.

For spare parts, the delivery time is approximately 15-20 working days from receipt of payment.


Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order according to the weight and volume of the package. Except for bulkier products, it is possible to group several items in one shipment and save on the final shipping price. You will see the shipping cost listed directly in the final step of your order.


Procedure on Receipt of Goods – Passing of Risk

When we send a package by courier, there is a possibility that it will arrive at its destination damaged. There may be several reasons for this: the contents may be fragile, the packaging may have collapsed during transport, an operator may have been careless in handling the parcel, etc. What can be done to protect against this possibility?
Pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately challenged by you by affixing the words “GOODS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR … (indicate reason)” on the delivery document received from the courier.
The wording “RESERVE” allows you to check the goods even at a later date since the courier by law does not allow you to open the parcel until you have signed.
It is understood that once you have signed the delivery document without any objection, you will be precluded from making any exceptions regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.


Returns and Recesses

Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed according to Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (art. 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. performed outside business premises. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e. not making the purchase by indicating in the order form to SchianoStore. a VAT No. reference), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
In order to exercise this right, the Customer shall send SchianoStore a written notice to this effect, and within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal also provide for the shipment of the purchased goods (request the return address from the seller).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day (“in the case of a contract of sale: “on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.”).

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an express declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) to the following address

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions and exclusions regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014

Return Times
You are kindly requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you shall be refunded all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until the goods
have been received by us.

Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

You shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These General Terms and Conditions and the relationship between F.lli Schiano Europe srl. and the consumer shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute inherent to, arising out of, or in any way connected with these General Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court where the purchaser is a private individual acting for purposes unrelated to the exercise of his trade or profession, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction shall be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile
of the consumer, if situated within the territory of the State.

The European Consumer is informed that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European Consumer to settle out of court any disputes relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online. Bicycle warranty
Our bicycles are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing and frame defects from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts for which it is established by one of our technicians that they are defective. A claim cannot be made if the bicycle does not function.

This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
– The bike has been repaired by a certified professional.
– The bike must not be modified or exchanged.
– Original parts must not be replaced with others that are not certified by the manufacturer.
– The failure is not due to lack of maintenance, negligence or lack of experience on the part of the user, incorrect use, improper adjustment, faulty repair or temporary overloading.
– The failure must not be due to the usual wear and tear on components such as tyres, lights, chains, cables, brake pads, derailleurs and hub. The maintenance procedures
necessary such as cleaning, lubrication, wire adjustment, coating, etc. are not covered by this guarantee.
– If it is noticed that for reasons beyond our control the brakes or derailleurs are incorrectly adjusted or a wheel is bent, please return the bike to the
distributor within one month of purchase. After this date we can no longer cover these warranty defects.
This guarantee is not valid if the bicycle is used in sporting events.

Battery warranty
The correct functioning of the E-bike battery is guaranteed for 6 months if it is used correctly. Even if all instructions regarding charging that are
mentioned here, the battery will lose some of its capacity over time. The capacity of the battery is also reduced with use in winter conditions.
When replacing the battery during the warranty period, we will assess whether the battery is used and recharged in accordance with our instructions before replacing it, as well as whether the battery
is not damaged immediately after purchase. If so, we will replace it immediately.

Guarantee of display, sensors, controller and motor
In the event of a failure caused by the quality of the product in normal use, the company will assume liability for the limited warranty during the warranty period. The warranty period
of the guarantee for the display, sensors and controller is 18 months from the date of manufacture. The guarantee term for the motor is 30 months.
The guarantee does not cover:
– Unlawful disassembly and modifications
– A defect or failure caused by improper use or incorrect installation by the customer
– The outer casing is scratched or damaged
– The display casing is scratched or broken
– Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.)
– The product is not under warranty (expired)
