Shipping Times and Costs

It is important to us that you are satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery. In fact, during all stages of the purchasing process you are provided with all relevant information, from product availability to delivery method, so that the service we offer you is 100% complete.

Availability

On the detail page of each individual product you will always find an indication of whether the item is in stock and information on the expected delivery date (which may vary depending on the payment method chosen).
The Availability levels of a product are:

  • Available: The product can be ordered immediately and you will receive it within the specified delivery time or you can pick it up at one of our collection points of your choice.
  • Incoming: These are either preview products or products that are finished and have yet to arrive. You can still order it, it will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in the warehouse.

Delivery time

On each product sheet you will find the expected delivery time.
The delivery times indicated refer to purchases with advance payment by Credit CardPostePayPayPal.

Different payment methods such Advance transfer and Postal order in advance can change the delivery time as the order will only be processed when we receive confirmation of the bank credit. The delivery date will therefore be subject to the availability of the product at the time we have received confirmation of payment.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order according to the weight and volume of the package. Except for bulkier products, it is possible to bundle several items in one shipment and save on the final shipping price.

You will see the shipping cost listed directly in the final step of the order.

Procedure on Receipt of Goods – Passing of Risk

When we send a parcel by courier, there is a possibility that it will arrive at its destination damaged. There may be several reasons for this: the contents may be fragile, the packaging may have collapsed during transport, an operator may have been careless in handling the parcel, etc.. What can we do to protect ourselves from this possibility?

In accordance withArticle 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by affixing the inscription “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR … (indicate reason)”. on the delivery document received from the courier.
The wording ‘RESERVE’ allows you to check the goods even at a later date since the courier by law does not allow you to open the parcel until you have signed for it.
It is understood that, once you have signed the delivery document without any objection, you shall be precluded from objecting to the external characteristics of the delivery.

In the event that the carrier is chosen by you outside of those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to you already at the time of delivery to the carrier, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. In this case, any complaint must be made directly by you against the carrier.
